OSU EFNEP Course
Beginning in January, Bridge Point will be hosting The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program
(EFNEP), a FREE series of 9 workshops for families with children. The workshops last 60 - 90 minutes each and are
done in small groups.
By participating in EFNEP you will learn:
~Healthy food choices for your family
~How to stretch your food dollars
~New healthy cooking skills
~How to keep food safe
You will receive a take-home tool each lesson and a graduation certificate upon completing the series!
Courses will be held in Bridge Point's Heritage Room on Thursdays at 6:00 pm from January 23rd - March 20th. Prior registration is required. Children are permitted to attend the course with a parent but must remain with parent throughout the entire course. No childcare will be available.
